We met
Mohamed Thani Al-Rumaithi for the job in ADMC on 13th of March in
room F16 in the afternoon and the interviewers were Hedley, Abdullah and Saleem
Al-Ameri. First of all, Mohamed gave us his certificates and the details
that we need in the beginning for the interview.
In the beginning
we asked Mohamed to describe himself and his practical life. He was confused in
the beginning and did not talk about himself completely. Mohamed Thani was
wearing the local dress that is what we need in this job as we must wear the
formal dress every day. Mohamed had a good appearance in the interview and his
body language was normal because most of the time he was keeping his hands on
the table without moving and his eye contact was not good; maybe this was the
first interview for him and he looked confused. I think he prepared most of the
questions before we asked him and he looked comfortable. He said I am graduated
from the ADMC Diploma degree and now he is continuing his bachelor’s in the
same College. He was working in the Ministry of Labor for four years; it seems
that he is well experienced. Mohamed left the previous job because of the low
salary and the hard communication and low treatment in that company.
Overall
Mohamed earned this job by good education and his experience; also we asked
about Mohamed in his previous job and every manager was thankful about Mohamed
and they say that he has a motivation that pushes Mohamed to do a fine job.
