Monday 3 June in class F16 Salem Al Shehhi (H00213881) was talking about social
media and the Arab spring. He
gave more information about the social media and what happened after the Arab
spring; at the end he discussed some details about the problems in this area.
He started with a good introduction about the
new technology and what is the benefit of these things.
His eye contact was very
good because he was sharing the information and he was looking to the students
and the teacher while talking. He was moving from side to side and he did not
stand in front of the screen. Salem was more confidence about what he was
talking about; he did not use any notes or cards; it seems me he was prepared
for the presentation. In the
presentation he did not use many words in each slide but he put many pictures
in all slides. The pictures were good and covering the problem he was talking
about. He showed us some real pictures, for example about Egypt, Tunisia etc.
He was aware of what he was talking about. His voice was very clear and every
one could hear it. Salem was well organized. He was smiling all the time and
very confident because he was ready for the presentation. I think the power
point was good and he showed to us a lot of information. For
the appraisal I give him 9 out of 10.
